Meeting planner across time zones
Choose the cities, date and local availability. A suggested start must fit the entire meeting into every participant’s availability.
Compare the full day
The selected date belongs to the first city. Every cell includes the local date and UTC offset, so a meeting that falls on a different day elsewhere remains explicit.

The first meeting after Spain changes its clocks
On Monday 26 October 2026, 16:00 in Madrid is 09:00 in Mexico City and 10:00 in Bogotá. With a 09:00–18:00 local window in all three cities, 16:00, 16:30 and 17:00 Madrid time allow a full one-hour meeting. Increasing the duration to two hours leaves only the 16:00 start.
How availability is checked
- Choose a reference city and up to three different destinations.
- Set the date in the reference city and the actual meeting duration.
- Agree the local availability window with participants.
- Check every participant’s local date before copying the meeting.
The calculation checks each real minute, including any clock change during the meeting. Weekday filtering applies separately in every city. It cannot determine whether an otherwise available slot suits someone’s personal commitments.
Calendar and sharing
The calendar file contains one independent event with the chosen duration. It sends no invitations. A shared link preserves the filters and selected instant, including the correct occurrence of a repeated local time. If that start no longer fits the filters, you must choose another before exporting. Copied meeting details include the start and end in every city. For a repeating meeting, check all sessions separately.
For one known start time, use the date-based converter. Find availability with the meeting planner, check a series with the weekly meeting checker, or read our method and sources.
